FAQ

You can expect your order within 1 - 3 business days. You will be provided a tracking number by our local delivery partner. 

We accept refunds and returns, as long as items have been unopened or unused or are within the 7 days of delivery of order.

It is important to note that any products purchased during discounts, promotions or sale periods are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Customers must contact us and provide their invoice / order number and initiate the request with the reason of refund and/or return within 7 days of date of delivery of order.

Refunds are then processed within 7 - 10 business days after inspection and approval.

Payments must be made via benefit pay or via credit/debit card. Cash payments are not allowed.

Overpayment will be refunded via the original payment method.

To avoid delay of order delivery, order must be fully paid for.

Cancellation is allowed only before the order is shipped. They must be submitted via customer support as soon as possible.

Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and standard return policies apply.

Please allow for 7 - 10 business days for refunds of paid cancelled orders as it is dependent on the payment provider.
